Meditation is a growing practice in the United States, particularly with the scientific study of mindfulness booming with findings of its benefits for physical and mental health. This program works to get you started in your own meditation and mindfulness practice by breaking it down into manageable bites and building it into daily practice. This program was developed with the busy person in mind. With no time to read a novel or watch long videos, we get right to the exercises. Each day you are given a brief written introduction followed by about 2.5 minutes of guided meditation. We do not dive deep into the concepts as this program is more focused on establishing the practice. The introductions and meditations introduce ideas slowly and are followed by tips on how you adapt the exercises to better blend into other areas of your life.
